Its objective is to combat tax fraud and improve tax control through the **automatic remission of invoicing records** to the AEAT in real or near-real time. ## **What does it legally entail?** Companies will have to use **certified invoicing software** that guarantees: - The **inviolability** of data. - The **integrity** of the invoices. - The **automatic forwarding** of records to the AEAT. - The **generation of a QR code** on each invoice allows its verification.
